It's a shame...
It's a shame that someone didn't come up with a better boardgame. Not only graphically does it not resemble Blade Runner...the gameplay is lame. But...since it was just a "demo", copyright approvals may not have been issued, thus lacking that "Blade Runner" look. A better alternative to this would have been a card game...like that of "Magic: The Gathering". But, that wasn't developed until the mid-nineties. Still...a nice item to have. :D
